Insurance Information
Golden Strides Behavioral Health is currently an out-of-network provider with insurance companies. We are happy to provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Prescription Policy
Please note that we do not prescribe controlled substances. However, we are happy to collaborate with the client’s primary care doctor and provide clinical recommendations for their care plan.
Forms and Meetings
Non-visit services such as forms that need to be filled out or meetings (for example, school or care team meetings) that extend longer than 15 minutes are billed at an hourly rate of $450 broken into 10 minute increments.

This comprehensive initial consultation is designed to help us understand your history, symptoms, and goals through a collaborative process tailored for children, teens, young adults, and their families.

Follow-up Medication Management
This session focuses on evaluating medication efficacy, monitoring side effects, and making necessary dosage adjustments.

45-minute Combined Therapy and Medication Management
This comprehensive session integrates therapeutic dialogue with medical oversight in a single, extended visit.

Autism assessments are available in the state of Georgia; please contact us for more information.
$100 fee for last minute cancellation within 24 hours or no show.
