What to Expect at Golden Strides

01

Before Your First Visit

We want your start with us to be as smooth as possible. Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive a link with intake forms to review and complete. We will give you a call if we have any questions prior to your visit. We'll also send you friendly reminders via text or email so you always know when to join us. On the day of your visit you will receive an email with the link to your virtual appointment if applicable.

02

During Your Appointment

Whether your visit is for a child, teen, or young adult, our approach is always warm and trauma-informed. For our younger patients, we use age-appropriate conversation to help them feel at ease. Teens and young adults can expect a respectful, collaborative space where their voice is heard. We'll spend time getting to know your history, strengths, and goals to build a care plan that feels right for your family.

Care plans may include thing like medications and therapy.

03

Follow-Up & Communication

Care doesn't end when the session finishes. We'll schedule regular follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust your plan as needed. You can always reach out to us for non-urgent questions or clinical updates. Please give us up to 48 hours to respond. We believe in clear, ongoing communication to ensure you always feel supported on your journey toward wellness. In the case of an emergency please seek immediate help by calling 988 or emergency services. After you have received emergency care please update us.
